ABOUT The String Beans
Formed in Manchester in 2014, The String Beans began as a guitar duo inspired by the gypsy jazz greats — mixing the spirit of Django Reinhardt with modern-day musical flair. Now available in lineups ranging from duo to full five-piece, they deliver a unique fusion of jazz manouche, swing, folk, and acoustic covers of pop, rock, and soul favourites.
Known for their improvisational energy and intricately arranged medleys, The String Beans offer both refined background music and upbeat roaming-style entertainment. Whether performing at weddings, boutique festivals, garden parties or laid-back venues, their warm, dynamic sound adds a stylish edge to any setting.
Available in instrumental or vocal formats, the band can tailor sets to match the tone of your event — from unplugged ceremonies to toe-tapping receptions and beyond.
